CANCELLATION /LATE/ NO SHOW POLICY


We are now requiring ALL guests to leave a credit card on file. All guests payment methods are safely and securely stored on file using our booking POS . It is the world’s leading secure & PCI compliant online payment processor.

We have a STRICT 48 hour cancellation policy .If you call and cancel with less than 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your booked services. NO SHOW/ NO CALL will result in 100%  of your service charged as we have very limited availability. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation . We understand emergencies come up. If you are late, there is a chance your stylist cannot take you and you will be charged the 25% for the service you missed. 

REDO POLICY


If you would like something tweaked regarding your service that was not spoken about in your consultation after you leave your appointment, we would be happy to complimentarily accommodate you in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done , this request must be made within 7 DAYS OF YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT.
